When there is illness in our lives we spend too much wasted energy focused on fear, worry, wondering what to do to become healthy. When we ignore our garden or procrastinate in caring for those seeds, sprouts and flowers, then the flowers wilt.

Ever moment of procrastination causes a loss of opportunity, missed health, reduces your life prosperity, leads to broken promises, lowers self-esteem, causes hurt feelings and so on. Taking action with an intention to release all habits of thinking and feeling which produce ill health allows the energy from our deeper Self, Higher Power, God or Source energy to flow into our lives. Procrastination is an action of inaction, which is like turning off the faucet, which waters your garden of flowers.

Here are two examples of how procrastination leads to ill health:

* You hear a news report on TV, which says that drinking more than 2 drinks of alcohol per day, increases risks of cancer or other life threatening illness. You think, I need to drink less, but do not take action. There is a little voice in your head that says, listen to that news report. You need to cut down…but the voice gets silenced.

* Or, your weight is gradually increasing, and you aren’t taking those walks after work as much anymore. It was fun walking, but you make excuses for not walking more often. But you know it is a great way to reduce sluggishness, burn a few hundred calories and your increase energy. But, you sidestep the calling.

There isn’t any need to beat up on yourself regarding procrastination. However, but honesty with yourself is the first step in changing procrastination into action.

Procrastination kills so many good things we could benefit from. Many positive things or blessings we are given are lost because we just procrastinate. If you don’t plant and nurture the seeds of happiness, you cannot claim the rewards. Procrastination is related to fear of failure, fear of success, not being good enough and perfectionism. Well admit it is a stumbling block to health, well-being, prosperity and living the life we truly want.

I recently found a powerful solution that ends procrastination, and it doesn’t require much effort. This is something I really want to share you – it’s an online video I just finished watching and listening to. There are two really cool things you’ll enjoy:

1st cool thing – A spectacular interview with Lindsay Kenny about procrastination. It’s amazing how stuck we can get sometimes but how easy the solution always is.

-Tapping statements that you can use immediately to get results

The interview is definitely worth listening to. It’s one of those “kick in the butt” things we all need to listen to from time to time.
